Menus

We warm up the hole in the ground for the roast and salmon for the first time the previous day. The hole has a very steady temperature of 100 to 130 celcius. the meat is wrapped in foil and put inside the sand to cook for at least 8 hours. we keep a fire going on top of the hole so the blazed salmon is cooked simultaneously. The robber’s roast is amazingly good and takes the whole day to cook.

Bring your party to enjoy fondue in Panorama. We offer reindeer and beef and cheese fondues with deliciours appetizers and desserts.
